What to do if my product arrives damaged?

  • Upon arrival, please carefully inspect the packaging of your item(s). If there's any noticeable damage, even to the box itself, ensure that this is recorded when signing for the delivery.
  • If you suspect that the item might be damaged but can't open the package during delivery, please note “suspect damage” on the delivery receipt.
  • In the event that your item(s) are found to be damaged upon opening the package, kindly send photos to support@roodnignilcyc.com. We will expedite the processing of a replacement or refund, typically completing this within one business day.
